Two Bikes reserves the right to update or modify these Shipping and Return Policies at any time without prior notice. Policies are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Two Bikes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to the US. In the event when international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our shop location in Knoxville, Tennessee. Pickup details will be provided after purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Two Bikes is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at matthew@twobikes.org so we can assist where possible.
Returns
Two Bikes generally accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact matthew@twobikes.org with your order number and reason for return.
If you have a problem with your order- please let us know! We want to make your experience with Two Bikes a positive one, so please reach out if you're not satisfied and we will try to make things right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
