Big Ears Weekend Bike Rental Reservation - READ FULL DESCRIPTION

PLEASE READ THE FULL RENTAL DESCRIPTION BELOW! This a reservation for a bike rental for the ENTIRE Big Ears weekend ONLY (3/27 - 3/30). As of now we are not allowing reservations for day rentals.

• The price for a weekend rental is $200 plus a refundable $200 security deposit.
• The $25 reservation fee goes toward the refundable $200 security deposit and guarantees a bike in your size. If you are unable to pick up your rental, the $25 reservation fee will NOT be refunded.

Everyone knows the best way to get around Big Ears is on two wheels. Do it in style by renting a one-of-kind bike from us!

All of our bikes are custom built and unique. And when you rent a bike from us, not only will you be supporting a local nonprofit you'll be helping us fund programing, like the Bike School and our Pedal It Forward program.

Some notes (please read carefully!):

• The $25 reservation fee goes toward the refundable $200 security deposit and guarantees a bike in your size. If you are unable to pick up your rental, the $25 reservation fee will NOT be refunded.
• Each rental will come with a cable lock. Renters are responsible for providing their own helmet or purchasing one from us.
• Pick-up for rentals is on Thursday, March 27th between 12pm-7pm. If you are unable to pickup your rental by then just give us a call (865-951-2950) and we'll figure something out.
• Drop-off for rentals is Saturday (3/29) 10am-5pm, Sunday (3/30) 10am-5pm and Monday (3/31) 10am-12pm.
• RECOMMENDED Sizing. Although we may not be able to find a bike that works with your body in perfect ergonomic harmony, we'll try our best to set you up on a bike fits well. This recommendation is a good starting point:
  • XL: 6'1" - 6'5"
  • L: 5'9" - 6'0"
  • M: 5'6" - 5'8"
  • S: 5'2" - 5'5"
  • XS: 4'10" - 5'1"
